Tailgate Party & Welcome Reception (7:00 PM) Monday, July 27

Location: Marriott Ballroom

Kick off the convention festivities with the Scenic City Convention Committee and your fellow attendees with game day fare and good conversation in the ballroom. We’ll be having bacon and cheddar sliders, mini hot dogs, homemade kettle chips, water, soda, and there will be a cash bar available.  Wear your favorite sports team colors, shirts or jerseys!

Rooftop Garden Ice Cream Social (8:00 PM) Wednesday,  (7/29/26 8:00 PM)

Location: Marriott Hotel Rooftop Garden

Cool off with some Ice cream and the beautiful view of Chattanooga’s night lights and Lookout Mountain. A variety of ice cream, toppings, cookies, and brownies will be offered.

Pizza Party (8:00 PM) Friday, July 31

Location: Marriott Ballroom

Join us for pizza party and a recap of the week’s festivities. We’ll have the options of cheese, vegetable, pepperoni, and sausage pizza. Two slices per ticket. For beverages, we’ll be serving water, soda, and have a cash bar.
